The inaugural ProDriver Congress, held at the Heathrow Renaissance Hotel on July 19, offered primarily London-centric operators the chance to hear from key industry players and, importantly, question them on issues and concerns affecting their businesses.
Divided into sessions covering specific issues, speakers included representatives from Transport for London (TfL) and Heathrow Airport, leading technology providers and major operators including Addison Lee, Parker Car Service, Veezu and iRide.
